We want you to love your Official Ashnikko Store gear, but if something isn't right, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain limited edition drops and intimate apparel are final sale to ensure the safety and exclusivity of our collection.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
